If you need urgent medical care, the treatment will be provided immediately and must not be delayed due to the verification or approval process. 

Your existing health insurance and applicable SOB remain the basis of your coverage, including the applicable benefits, terms, conditions and limits. 

If, after treatment, it is determined that additional verification or approval is required, this will be handled according to the agreed CCMP process between Assuria Guyana and Assuria Suriname. 

If the treatment is not covered under your insurance or exceeds the applicable limit, any costs not covered by your insurance will be your own responsibility.
